Jon Miozzi

President, Owner

Jon drives new business at Today’s Lifestyle Construction. He manages financial growth, is the Chief Estimator, and leads projects in the early phase of planning / construction. Jon earned his Bachelor of Science in Construction Systems Management with a minor in Business from The Ohio State University. Upon graduation, he began his career in the industry as an Estimator / Project Manager working on projects in the Greater Cleveland area ranging from 7.4-36 million dollars. He was able to take the knowledge he learned about building from this father, who was a home builder and commercial renovator, and build a reputation in the Cleveland area construction industry. Honesty, hard work and quick problem solving are what you’ll get working with Jon.

Sean Mooney

Chief Operating Officer, Owner

Sean leads client relations, quality control and the overall field operations at Today’s Lifestyle Construction. Once TLC kicks off a project, you’ll soon see Sean at each job site and you’ll often see him chip in wherever needed. Both Sean & Jon lead their team by example and are not afraid to get their hands dirty. Growing up, Sean worked as a Foreman and Superintendent electrician, immersing himself in the ins and outs of the construction industry and gaining insight into business management. After that, he went on to work as a Project Manager and Superintendent on projects in the Greater Cleveland area ranging from 7.4-25 million dollars, applying his skills in problem solving and client relations to build a reputation in the Cleveland area construction industry.
