In this role, TLC is typically brought in to the project during pre-construction and will take control of overall planning and coordination of the project delivery. Early involvement allows for more flexibility for changes and creates an opportunity to catch in advance any foreseeable issues down the road, potentially limiting change orders. We carry out our client’s every expectation through detailed management over prime and subcontractors. TLC is an expert in estimating, project scheduling and delineation and determination of project and trade scopes. We use industry expertise to perform and deliver quality standards on our projects, exceeding expectations in maximizing efficiency, field coordination and communication.
